Heart Eyes

Love is in the air! (haha) No but really - who doesn't get excited for Valentines day? Maybe not just the romantic aspect but for the frilly and cute explosion of cheesy-ness and all things pink! Miss Andi has 13 students in her pre-K class and I cannot wait for them to do the little exchange of valentine cards. Mamas- do y'all make them? Buy a little box from the store? Hand out treats? Give me all the ideas! So far we snagged Disney Princess ones with scented heart tattoos that she fell in love with. I'm pretty sure the Hubs will be away on the actual day so Miss Andi and I will have to plan a dinner date and maybe a fun evening of pink mocktails and cookie making!

What are your favorite Valentines day activities? Enjoy the rest of your week and thanks for linking up today!

  1. I totally didn’t love Valentine’s Day until we had kids — and now I love it! I have had the best luck finding their Valentines on Etsy. I typically don’t like to give candy and there are so many cute options on there for instant download that are candyless!

  2. We don't really do Valentine's Day around here since Ryan is usually gone, but I do have fun doing stuff for the boys! We usually do a little Valentine's goodie bag, and they help me bake cookies to take to school. Plus, they eat pink pancakes, which they love!

  3. Love that headband, wish E would keep one on. I bought some cute valentine's for e's class from a local girl who customizes them.

  8. Cute finds! Sounds like a fun little V day for you and Miss A! I never really cared about Valentine's day but it's definitely more fun with kiddos. I should probably think about doing something for the kiddos! ;)

  9. Aww bring me all the ribbons and bows - so cute. Cupcakes always go down a treat in the class for V Day - or do you have Bacis in the US? Little chocolates like Hersheys - it means Kiss in Italian, OR Love Hearts - so they can hand them out with the little messages on J xx
